SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, business by business
Type a business name. 701,247 businesses with a 7(a) or 504 loan approved since fiscal year 2010, in the SBA file as of June 30, 2026.
Opening an account or signing a lease? A dated SBA loan report ($19) — or a whole list checked.
What this is
The Small Business Administration guarantees loans made by banks (the 7(a) program) and by certified development companies (the 504 program). Under the Freedom of Information Act it publishes every approved loan: borrower, lender, amount, date, term, status. The files weigh half a gigabyte and have no search. This site groups the loans by borrower and makes them findable by name.
Who uses it
- Suppliers and landlords — who financed this business, when, and for how long.
- Lenders and brokers — the SBA loans a business already has.
- Business owners — your own record as the SBA publishes it.
What it is not
Not the SBA, and not a credit report. No Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) or disaster loans: they are other files. Sole proprietors and businesses named after a person are left out. Loans that were cancelled or never funded are left out.
